PRAYER OF ADORATION
Dear Lord and Father,
Thank you because you promise us that where two or three meet, you are in the middle.
Lord, we welcome you among us today and celebrate the gift of life that you have lavished on each of us. We ask you to open our ears so that we can hear your voice. Open our minds so that we can receive Your eternal wisdom. Open our spirit so that we can know Your direction and guidance and open our hearts so that we can receive Your wonderful love. We ask all of this in the glorious name of Jesus.
Amen.
PRAYER FOR THE FEARFUL
God the Father,
Today I feel fearful. Life seems uncertain and out of control. I remember the Bible telling me that "perfect love casts out fear." You alone are Perfect Love, so please cast out the fear I feel and replace it with confidence in your sufficiency. Psalm 121 tells me that you never sleep or sleep, so I will trust you to take care of me, moment by moment, day by day. In the name of Jesus.

PRAYER FOR A PASTOR
Heavenly Father,
We thank you for the gift of leadership that you have given our pastor. It is a holy calling. It is a call to care for yourself and the flock of which the Holy Spirit has placed you as supervisor. The church has been bought with the blood of your son, on the cross. The responsibility you have given our pastor is amazing. He too is tempted and tested by the enemy. He has many responsibilities, whether in your family or in the community, so it is our prayer that you stay away from the evil one and that you empower him to live a godly life, so that from his fullness you share the message of the gospel with courage. . Help our pastor this week as he searches the Word and Your will for the congregation. Will it give you the health and strength you need to share your message with humility and clarity? In the name of Jesus we pray,
